Driving directions:

From the capital district Albany-Troy area:
Take exit 8 off I-90 East - Defreestville exit. This turns into Rt 43 East which you will follow through West Sand Lake, and Averill Park. At Averill Park 43 makes a rt turn and joins 66. Stay on 43 when 66 splits off to the right; 43 goes straight ahead. The road will go through Alps, West Stephentown, Stephentown Center. After the sharp right turn at the bottom of the hill keep following 43 for about 3 miles or so. Turn right on Garfield Road (county 26).

There is a church sign there for the Federated Church. (If you go by the school or reach traffic light at Rte.22,you have gone to far.)

***Continue on Garfield rd (County 26) a little more than a mile, past the Historical center and the cemetery. The church is on the right (it has a red roof.)
Sunday services begin at 9:30am.

From the East (Massachusettes)
Follow route 20 West to route 22 North, in New Lebanon, NY.
Take Route 22 North about 6 miles into Stephentown. At traffic light, turn left onto route 43 West. Follow for about 1 mile.
Just after the old Stephentown Elementary School, Garfield road will bear off to the left. (County Route 26.) There is a sign for "Federated Church."
